John Pehrson began his career as a chemical engineer, spending 21 years working his way up the corporate ladder at the DuPont Corporation. In 1993, Pehrson left DuPont and became the founder and president of his own management consulting company, Creative Change Technologies. In this capacity, he became a trainer and executive coach teaching individuals and businesses how to apply intuition in the workplace to achieve practical results. He became one of the foremost teachers on applied intuition, coauthoring Intuitive Imagery: A Resource at Work as well as Community Building: Renewing Spirit and Learning in Business.

In 1998, Pehrson made a conscious decision to leave corporate business to begin working at the grassroots level to help individuals and communities around the world with conflict resolution. He and his wife Jeanne White Eagle (Jeanne Lane Pehrson) co-founded the For the One Organization, whose purpose is to help remove walls of separation and promote global healing. The Pehrsons began holding community building and conflict resolution events on nearly every continent, in addition to facilitating healing through the power of sacred sound and dance. True ambassadors for world peace, they took their work to Brazil, Bolivia, Germany, England, Ireland, Scotland, Norway, Denmark, Bosnia, Croatia, Egypt, Israel, Russia, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. The Pehrsons are the subjects of the 2009 biography Journey for the One by Monty Joynes, which describes this work in detail.

Pehrson’s current focus is manifesting a vision given to Jeanne for shifting global culture by accelerating the evolution of human consciousness—allowing for healthy and open interaction with other life forms on and beyond Earth. This vision is described in Jeanne’s book, Eyes Open, Looking for the Twelve – Blueprint for a New World. Along with the late NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell, the Pehrsons cofounded the Interstellar Community Foundation (ICF) to bring this powerful vision to fruition.

Additionally, Pehrson is the creator of a new system of numerology he calls Mystical Numerology. This system looks at the mystical qualities of the consonants in one’s name and the numbers in one’s birthdate, how they relate to the vowel sounds (considered fundamental energies of creation not themselves assigned numeric values), and their place on the Native American medicine wheel. His model also incorporates teachings from the K’iche Maya about the archetypal energies in their spiritual calendar.

Mystical Numerology uses a 13-month calendar Pehrson developed expressly for his model. John’s vision is described in detail in his book, Mystical Numerology: The Creative Power of Sounds and Numbers.

John is also a member of Evolutionary Leaders, a global network of individuals who are committed to ‘collectively inspire, support, and serve conscious evolution.’
